What are the delivery charges for orders from Pittsburgh Khakis?
Nothing! All orders from Pittsburgh Khakis ship free! On most occasions, orders will take 5-8 business days to arrive.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept ALL major credit cards, as we collect all of our payments using Paypal.
How long will delivery take?
In most situations, orders should arrive within 5-8 business days from the time the order is placed. If the order is on "back order" then you can expect an additional 14 business days for your order to arrive. 
How secure is shopping on Pittsburgh Khakis Is my data protected?

What is the return policy?
All products that have custom alterations, including the hemming for pant length size, or the adding of any team patches, are non-returnable, and the sale is final. If you purchase an un-hemmed product, or un-altered product, and the product was not worn or damaged, we will return the product, and refund the product. If you are uncertain of your pant length (inseam) we recommend ordering your pants un-hemmed and having someone taylor them to your exact needs.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email stating that your order was received and being processed. We will begin to process your order the following business day and update you with the progress of your order as soon as possible.  
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive a copy of the receipt for your order, along with a packing slip with the order shipment.
